Few companies offer the part quality and repeatability that we can. Our CAD department utilizes the latest software to design everything that passes through our facility. Our 3D modeling capabilities ensure parts fit better and help you to visualize the end product before fabrication ever starts. We limit our cutting jobs to 0.375″ stainless steel, 0.500″ mild steel and 0.250″ aluminum with a maximum sheet size of 60″x120″.
We have two experienced crews who install our custom-fabricated equipment, exhaust and return air systems and buy-out restaurant equipment. Their hard work creates clean, smooth lines and easily-cleanable installations that maximize the potential for your kitchen.
OUR CAPABILITIES
Galaxy Stainless offers a wide breadth of capabilities that include a unique combination of experience making us a valuable resource. And, not only do we fabricate superior products that meet stringent industry standards, but also have the capability to paint products of just about any size, including oversize structures. Not all fabrication suppliers offer this capability, which can result in unnecessary and costly moving fees from one vendor to another.
Galaxy stainless is so committed to helping our customers succeed, that we rarely charge for non-recurring engineering (NRE). That is because we consider our engineering services investment in our long-term relationships, and encourage all customers to visit our facility to better familiarize them with our capabilities and meet our engineers.
